Barkat is an Educated Muslim Matrimony app for serious nikah. Support covers login and account access, profile review status, document uploads for verification, proposal and chat issues, subscription questions, and reporting someone who asked for money or broke our safety rules. Include the email or phone on your account so we can find you without extra back-and-forth.
We cannot share another member's private data, override a family's decision, or give Islamic legal rulings. For fiqh, speak to a scholar. For safety incidents, write "safety" in the subject line. For account deletion, follow the steps on our delete-account page or mention deletion in your email. Privacy details are in the privacy policy; how badges work is on the verification page.
Before you write
Update the app from the App Store or Google Play, try signing in again, and check spam for our reply. If a profile is stuck in review, tell us when you submitted documents. If you cannot access the inbox used at signup, say so clearly and list any other email or number you used. We will not ask you for passwords or OTPs by email.
